Natural Material Notice: Because our wooden playsets are crafted from natural beech, birch, and pine woods, unique variations in natural grain patterns, tonal depths, and subtle surface knots are organic attributes of real timber. Cub Hub reserves the right to correct any inadvertent inaccuracies at any time without prior notice.

3. Child Play Safety & Supervision Disclaimer

Active Adult Supervision Notice: Toddler climbers, balance boards, and sensory wooden toys are designed to promote physical and cognitive development, but they carry inherent risks of tipping, climbing falls, or minor bumps. Never leave infants or toddlers unattended while using climbing arches, pickler triangles, or modular play blocks. Always set up play equipment on level, padded surfaces away from sharp corners, furniture edges, and stairs. Adhere strictly to stated age guidelines and maximum weight limits. Cub Hub is not liable for falls, physical strains, or accidents resulting from unsupervised play, exceeding weight thresholds, or improper equipment assembly.
